The plant has a sophisticated stirring system. In order to achieve a vertical and horizontal mixing result, an anchor-shaped
agitator shaft is completed with baffles. All surfaces of the stirring system are designed in such a way that optimal
cleaning and sanitation can be achieved.
All product-touched areas are highly polished.
